Sorry for my slow response.  We are putting out pandemic fires and are building pandemic firewalls around the US and Caribbean now.   We have starting some of our preparations for the National Capital Region.  I will try to call you today amidst other meetings. 

If you want to see what we are doing to establish COVID-19 Resilient Capacity Zones, please accept my invitation below to observe the COVID-19 Resilient East End South Fork Task Force virtual meeting today.  We would like to expand what we are doing in the SW of DC at the Wharf to the other quadrants of the City.  Perhaps, we can hold a virtual COVID-19 Resilient Northwest DC Mapping Exercise with our colleagues at the Cosmos Club during early April.  

So far we have been able to keep the virus out of homes and neighborhoods of several Resilience Capacity Zones on the East End, while there is uncontrolled spread in New York City.  We have been able to stop the progression of the viral spread in some Caribbean Resilience Capacity Zones and their broader societies.  So far, the Wharf in SW DC appears to be COVID-19 resilient.  The Capital Yacht Club is doing an amazing job.  Our federal government is unfortunately faltering and failing in its pandemic response.
