Underlying Resilience Theoretical Foundations

Primary tabs

Dear all,

Yesterday was a great pleasure for me, thank you all for the inspirations and very nice atmosphere.

Instead of writing a decent summary, I have summarised some notes in the way of formulating questions that could be of interest for the project. (Or, at least to myself.) I think it could also be very useful to write a paper to help structuring all ideas. It could either be a position paper, including a structured review, or be augmented by capturing some meme-plexes of experts through surveys or interviews.

Thanks to Michael at this stage for all the new buzzcronyms now spinning in my head.

I have attached some literature that we discussed yesterday but were not on the usb drive.

Consider it also under the aspect of how and when meme-plexes might collapse, loose their identity, and go from s- to j-curve.

There is heaps of articles on resilience and its history in ecology.
And I will send you some of the articles in our special issue (resilience in psychology pedagogy, communication) as soon as they passed the reviews. I hope I don't forget that, please remind me.
But I am already flooding you, so I stop here.

See you later or at another cognitive or spatial setting
Best
Alex
